Smile E-Mail Post

I need help in figuring out how to stop this .. everytime I post a reply .. It sends a response to my own personal E-mail .. Not only my reply .. but everyone else's as well to that post .. So it clogs up my E-mail which I spend alot of time deleting .. I know at the bottom of this thread I can click no E-mail notification .. but do I have to do that with every post I make .. or is there one specific way of stoping it from doing it on all the post ..
Thanks for your help
Gene

Gene,

I think if you go to your User Control Panel and then go to 'Edit Options' from the left hand side of the screen you can find a section for "Messaging & Notification". In that section there is a drop down box for email notication. You can probably turn it off there.
