How do I use "Folder"

I've searched and haven't found how to use the forums "Folder" shown within the Quick Links/Subscribed Threads page. I assume I can add subscribed comments to the "Folder" but don't know how to use. Help?

only place i found folder use is in the user cp dealing with subscribed threads,

currently i have over 200..
when you go into the cp it shows your most recent subscptions first.
but there is a link on the left, in the green bordered menu labled
Subscribed Threads menu, Folders
Flat plane
Subscriptions
WCI Carving TIPS

List Subscriptions Edit Folders

i went into the subscptions, they have little click boxes on the right, for selecting,
if you edit folders you can create your special one where you want these subscptions, i called mine TIPS for carving, then selected about 10 subscptions and moved them into that folder.
now if im still subscribed ill tell when somebody has a new post.
