Can't seem to get Carving Club listed

I have been trying for several weeks to get the Central Arkansas Woodcarvers club listed on the WCI web site. I have completed and submitted the form with the new url and email contacts three times. It says it will appear in 24-48 hours, but nothing so far! The listing for the club that does appear is outdated and incorrect. The contact name listed is no longer active in the club, the email address is doesn't work, and the phone number is disconnected! No wonder people have trouble finding us! I also submitted a form regarding that information , apparently to the webmaster, and nothing has changed with it either. Any suggestions?

Hi Mike,
Unfortunately, we're in the process of a major web overhaul (primarily on the Fox Chapel Publishing site, but on the magazines sites as well). I know our webmaster is swamped with work, and the way our site is set up now, he has to manually make those changes.
