No need for a new forum. Maybe just add the word tuturials behind tips and techniques. I think it would fit there very well. And then just move those posts that 'teach' down to that dept?

I don't have a problem scrolling down through the current list of topics. And as I said in my PM to Bob, just adding a word or two to Tips and Techniques should accommodate the "how to" or "tutorials" postings.

Do you hear complaints about the number of topics? Oh yes, I agree with Jerry--if we can just post on these topics but don't allow replys, it will greatly simplify the reading process....those could be handled under other topics.
