Default Wood Ducky

We've got a new little grand daughter arriving in February so I carved her a little "rubber ducky".

NICE. Looks like it took longer to paint than to carve.

Thanks everyone. I can't claim much personal creativity on this one. The fellow that I get some of my wood from offers these as cutouts. I was thinking of Kaia last time I saw him and bought the cutout then. The head comes separate so there's an extra bit of time in connecting it, but the carving DOES go fast. The painting isn't nearly so fast.

Just regular acrylic paint Terry...over a couple of coats of gesso.
