Default A winters' work

This is my first post with pictures. Thought I would show what I've been up to the last few months. The eagle family is a miniature - about 18 inches high in total. Basswood for the birds, combination of pine and maple for the habitat. The Red Phalarope is all basswood. I hope you enjoy my Winter '09 collection!

Merryl, nice carvings. I especially like the eagle scene. Went on your web site.I enjoyed your carvings, but the cub stole the show! It looked like she still had blueish eyes still.Could tell she was well loved while she was there. Thanks

Out standing work on your behalf, when you have some more of your carving done Id enjoy viewing them. Not only is your carving excellent but your painting really brings them to life just right.

Its good to not only view your neat bird carvings but welcome to the board here.
