Dylan,Ive been carving my little wolves since last Nov. and in the month of Dec.before Christmas,I carved them night & day 7 days a wk.

I have stopped counting after carving 239 of them plus Ive carved and shipped them from the West Coast to NY and into Canada plus some to Italy,New Zealand and 3 to England.

Hope you post some of your little wolves when you like,Id love to see them. I did see your mini. wolf carving from a carvers show in a mag.and it was neat.

I dont know how many post here Ive posted on my little Twilight wolves but several.

Thanks Dylan for your nice thoughts here. You can carve them really small for ear rings like theses two wolf pups sitting on a dime also.

Forrest,
Ole buddy I was beginning to wonder where you were. Nice little wolves. You keep it up and one of these days you are going to persuade me to give it a try. Do i need a minature knife to carve minature figures. Keep on posting, I never get tired of looking at the different carvings on here.

Safe Carving and God Bless,

Mark

Mark D.
It does help using smaller tools. I use some ground down antq cobber tools Ive reworked,I can get pretty small.Carving something smaller is kinda more in your hands than which tools you really use, well it is in my case. I carve alot of things I can even see that good. The main thing in any type of carving is all I do which it to :try: Dont or cant, dont do anything.Besides theres less wood wasted and less chips to clean up~ with smaller carvings. LOL

Thanks old buddy for your nice thoughts here,I appreciate them!!

Forrest
