Default Squirrel Painted

Today while painting the butter nut carved squirrel,he wasnt right!! So in the middle of painting him,I had to stop and recarve a few things about him. Then start over painting him.

Re-measured him,I was tried yesterday. The squirrel is 1/4 thick,1 inch tall, from the back of his tail to his noise, its 7/8 and the total tree hes sitting in is,1 1/2 inches. It was his noise I had to recarve. It was too round!

Hope you like him painted. I love the grains in pretty wood but colors brings out certain details that I wanted in this little carving better.

Thanks for viewing him and your thoughts are always welcome.

Forrest
