Default Seeking pattern for sleeping red hen decoy.

I was admiring Bill Veasey's book "Burning and Texuring Methods".
I decided I was in love with that beautiful sleeping hen and need to carve one. I am looking for a pattern for this project. Any suggestions as to where I can obtain one?

The bird has its head tucked under its left wing so that the top of the head shows but not the eyes or below. It is very beautiful.
