I have to tell you David, I envy you...to be that talented and to have carving down that well at your age....you heard it here first...in not many years down the road, unless you allow yourself to get sidetracked like many of us have....you will be a 'Master' woodcarver and will be internationally known! The hummingbird is really great! Dave

I'm not sure if I have a secret about getting them done fast . I guess when I start something I'm just anxious to see it finished, so I work on it every chance I get. ![]() David

Excellent David. I wish I could do as half a good as you do. You have a bright future in woodcarving. Don't ever give it up. Talent should not be ignored. Really like the hummer. Have you ever been 'nose to beak' with one of the little birds? They make quite a noise with their little wings. I have had several of them touch my nose with their little beaks. They are curious little birds for sure. I put a hummer feeder out for them. They get upset when it's empty. I can tell they're upset as they do the 'nose to beak' with me. They sure do drink a lot of sugar water. Jim

I've never been that close to one before! The closest I have been isjust viewing them at a feeder or through a window.

| I'm not sure. I don't see the images in the forum either; but when I right-click on the little icon for each photo, I get sent to his main web site after a notice says the page has been moved. Claude |
