What a fantastic carving look life like great pose as well. Nice to see another Maritimer on the board. Please include a bio let us know where your from and how long you have been carving etc. May I take this oppotunity to welcome you to this board. I love bird carving especially decoys I have quite a collection. I have to I am not talented enough or do I have the patience to carve them. Look forward to seeing more of your carvings they are fabulous.

I agree -- great job on your duck. Are those feathers inserts (second thought, I guess they just about have to be) Really nice job of making it look all one piece.
