Default Olive Branch


Finally got my dove finished ,took almost as long to figure out how to get the pics on this site , at least i hope I got it figured out. here goes!
By the way thanks to all that helped me with feather patterns and eye color

guess i should of told you that the Dove,hand and the thick base is basswood , the thin base is cherry and the staff is diamond willow. the fig branch was made from copper,(10 ga.) the leafs are also made from copper also with a 26 gauge wire vein and all soldered together and primed with auto primer. The whole thing is my idea of Noah and the dove on the Ark.

Hi Al, your carving is very sensative and beautifully done. I like the composition and originally. Glad you figured out how to post your image, it would have been a shame to not see it.
