Hi everyone. I started carving in dec.07 ,and I am having a great time. Just wanted to share my first OWL,and my second try at a eagle. Still working on that one. |

Thanks, I used a chainsaw to carve it. 3 hours total. Now i need to find some eyes for it. Or mabey i will just paint them on. I was thinking about painting the whole thing,but i am not to confident in my painting skills. not sure what is wrong with my eagle. Its just not quite right. rob |

Radrob, welcome to the forum and your carving journey!! There are alot good folks here with lots of good ideas. Regarding your eagle, take a look at my website and you'll find some pretty good reference for a eagle.
