carving in miniature the pattern do you buy them in half size or take a full size if in full how do you shrink it down thanks Leo

Thanks for the comment on my duck.The pattern I used is from the book "Wildlife in Wood" by Richard LeMaster.I just used the size as shown in the book.The book is well worth the money.

Very nice work. I'm with Sappy, when I used to hunt these birds I always thought "ring billed" would be more apropos.
