 Re: MicroMotor VS Flex Shaft? Jim, I have an Optima 2 along with my Brasseler and I am VERY satisfied with it. It is not a Brasseler, which I think is the best one on the market, but nevertheless it is a very good unit and I have used it nearly every day for about 3 years with no problems.  |

| Re: MicroMotor VS Flex Shaft? I started with a pocket knife on songbirds and then a Foredom with 3/32,1/8 & 1/4 . I now use both the foredom and a micromoter. If you are like most you will start carving larger birds and the larger foredom will do the large roughing out and also detailing. Just my thoughts but I would start with the larger one.
