I use "plastic wood" for some things, you can model pretty much anything out of the stuff. It ends up a little light to use for some things though.

Cedarshavings For snow I use a product called "Snow-Tex"looks like a putty and simple to use. Once it sets up I "dry brush"some glue in different spots and sprinkle a little diamond dust on it . works great to give the little sparkle to the snow. |
