My wife is hooked on one of these cameras set up on "Pete's Pond" in Africa. It streams through the National Geographic web site (IIRC). It is pretty cool.

There's usually something going on all the time. I get frustrated because the camera will pan around when I want it to go somewhere else.

I think this is the site.

It is in black and white at night and color during the day.

I don't pay anything. Don't know why (or why not). I just start it up and go from there.

Dave enjoyed the africam very cool content. Tried the Nkorho stream got a 'media empty' wording under the screen. Will try again another time.
