Here's an example of my inventory, a 7' eagle in flight:

WOW very nice eagle! I just stated out and what is sad is that I agree people don't know how much something like that would cost and most are probably to cheap to buy something as beautiful like that. Is like that with alot of things I raise dogs and many times with all the time spent into each breeding and puppy when you go to sell it people look at you like you have 3 heads. I am in no way any professional but sometimes find it hard to just give the things I made away so would keep some of my stuff but then again if you need to make any money at all sometimes you might have to be easy on the time spent. That is what is very hard about doing any type of art work. You never get what time you spent on it. I have to do a plaque for someone and have no clue as to what to even think about charging as I dont' know how much time will be spent on it. If Idont get the money I feel its worth I guess I will have to have a room for all my stuff I know right now I am hoping to sell some of the things I made to make enough money for a power carver and more paints and things

Nice work on the eagle . The coach is crazy if he doesn't take you up on it for that price . It will be interesting to see the results .

For those interested, have a look at my chainsaw post, "New Eagle" to see what the coach will be getting. In final analysis undersold it because I just can't stop short of improving on my work but a deal is a deal and I also got to teach my son and my friend how too carve eagles. Not unhappy and glad he'll get more than he expected. I'm OK with coaches getting a little extra for the things they do!
