Humming bird pattern needed

I am new to carving. LOML wants me to try and carve a 3D humming bird that can be painted. Any recommendation where I can get a pattern?

im sure there are patterns out there-- tho The Knot Hole at pleasant hill, mo sells a band saw blank if u dont find one-- contact them and i know they will send it to you. i dont off hand know the price

There is a book Carving Hummingbirds by Charles Solomon and David Hamilton that has a pattern and instructions for carving and painting a perched broad tail and a Hovering Ruby Throated hummingbird. It is a fox chapel book. It also has plans for a flowering vine .

i found it !! fox chapel published a book "carving north american hummingbirds" 2000. look for that- patterns. process and painting instructions-- i thought i had a book but yesterday didnt know where it was- found it this morning.

Try this site. She has a DVD, can by a humming bird kit, etc. and also just a booklet on the plans and how to carve it.
