Default green woodpecker..mini carvings....
there are three types of pecker in the uk ....this is the largest, all carved in jelutong, painted with acrylic paints, base in bur elm...mark.

Very nice scene. Great work on the carving and the painting. Those are mini when you compare them to the cloths pin.

Dave I think those are like avocados.....they are ripe when green. Those two are definitely ripe.

Mark, those are beautiful, especially the one in flight. Remarkable look on the display....no indication of suspension....magic? Amazing attention to detail.
