I would like to see some photos if any 1 has any to share.

Use your web browser to go to Google, and enter the key words

pheasant carving

and then when the page of links comes up, in the upper left corner is a link called "Images". Click this. The first page alone has several carved ring neck pheasants, both full sized and miniatures.

John, I just signed up partly because i was so frustrated by the lack of good photos and/or publications featuring phesant carving. The other day i bought a book called "Rooster"- A tribute to phesant hunting in North America. Distributed by DCS Publishing $40.00 USD. It is kind of a coffee table book but it has fantastic full color photos of phesants, well worth the spend. Good luck
