I like the bluegill the best but both are very well carved and your painting really brings them to life! Just plain good work on your behalf! I hope your arm gets better, our body parts seem to wear out!

Take care of that arm and carve when you can for you do a great job at it!

Forrest

Al! all I can say is AWSOME CARVING,if you carved the fish with a sore shoulder I can't imagine how well you would carve if it did'nt hurt. Keep up the great carving.

Hi Al, hope your up and at em real soon, I know the feeling of wanting to do and can't, but it sure takes away the burn out, grin. Like others I looked at the rocks and clamb shells, thought you had used the real thing, and a great job on the scales of that bluegill. The brookie is super also, I've tried them, and your brookie has mine beat hands down. Thanks for posting

Again, thanks for all the positive input; I relay appreiate it, especially from all of you carvers. Should be getting back to the blades soon...well as soon as the "honey do list" is taken care of and the spring cleanups and home improvement projects get taken care of.

How is everynone doing with this rash of terrible weather around the country? We're just in some heavy rain for a few days; no flooding but the yard looks like a swamp. Have to check the basement shop today and make sure it's dry. It was OK yesterday.

Al
