Default First Loon For 09

Just finished this Full Size loon. Acrylics and Tupelo. life size carving 24" long X 8" wide.

That bird is simply beautiful but there is sure nothing simple about a loon, is there?

In 2000 I was in up state NY for a few days,heard a loon one morning! I've never seen one but over the years seen picts of them Your bird carvings and other works are so real like and you dont miss a single detail plus your painting is flawless. Just excellent work on your behalf always.
