| | Dogs I have collected small ceramic dogs for a few years now.
Most are hound dogs designed by Andy Anderson the woodcarver.
Today I was in an expensive antique store and found two dogs I liked.
One was a hound for $18.00 and the other a real sweetheart for $35.00.
Theresa said get them both, so I did, now I will have to do carvings of them to get my money back.
That is a fun way to get patterns, buy antique ceramics and carve them in wood. |

| | Re: Dogs That's a great idea Rick, they turn into models for your carving. I did that with a dragon once, was looking for just the right design and found it by accident at one of these cheap "odds and end" type stores. I hope we get to see the resulting carvings?
