Is that the same as "roosters"?

I believe that Tom Wolfe has a few patterns in one of his books. He's had so many, I can't remember which one off the top of my head. I "believe" it was the Flat Carving one. I'll dig around through my "collection" (I use that term loosely as it's really just a pile of books in the basement).

Irish may have some - not really sure.

Also, while doing a search on this site, I came up with this book:

http://www.foxchapelpublishing.com/p...ils.cfm?PC=288

Not really sure what type of carving you want to attempt, or on what level (beginner, intermediate, or expert) you or the intended receipient are. You may be able to just use a cross stitch or even coloring book for patterns. Dang, forgot to look in the basement. Maybe tomorrow or someone else will know.

Chickens are best fried with sides of mash tabors and graby! Maybe some baby Lima beans.

Now ya takes themthere drumstcks off of their wings and fry them in some HOT saucePerferable, the home grown Habonaros and MMMMMMMMMMM boy, ya gots a meal fit fer a king or queen, but in this case a jester!

Go buy a chicken....preferibly a live one, and get her to model for you. They can be a devil to get to sit still!!! But give them lots of grain, and they'll follow you anywhere! After wards you can reward her with Sunday dinner....with her as the guest of honour!
