| | Re: Chickadee... Seems to be a popular bird to car I agree with TBerry on your carving Mystic, Don't sell yourself short. Each carving you complete will show improvement over the others. I just finished a Mallard Duck head for a cane and think I made it too big. At least for the 1 inchdia cane. Done really like the tapered down look to the cane but may have to do it that way. Each carving is a learning process and boy have a I learned. |

| | Re: Chickadee... Seems to be a popular bird to car Beautiful carvings, David. How did you mount the feet on the small branch? I usually make my legs and feet from wire and string. I'd never be able to mount my homely little bird on such a small branch like you have your chickadee on. Good work.
