Default Cardinal Bird

This is the second Bird I've carved the other was a Humminbird. He is carved from Basswood, Mounted on a piece of Driftwood on an Oval Base. Painted with Acrylics. Final coat Krylon Matte Clear. It took me a long time to carve him because I kept getting distracted by other carvings I wanted to do. I think it was Tom H who asked the question a couple of months ago how many incompleted carvings do you have setting around, thats when I got him back out and finally finished him. Any comments are apprecciated Good or Bad.
thanks for looking

Larry

When I was in Georgia a couple of years ago I loved sitting watching those wee fellas flitting about in the trees in my friends garden.
That is an amasing carving and thanks for sharing
Cheers

Hi Larry, it might have taken you a long time to finish your Bird, but that was time well spent. Merle
