Default ButterNut Squirrel

I meant to carve a acorn in his front paws. Will add one soon.

Hes carved from some scrap of ButterNut wood.
Hes 1/2 wide,1 inch long and 1 1/2 inches tall{tree and all} Hes stained with two different types of stains. Might still paint him also??

Thanks for ckn him out and your thoughts or comments are always welcome.

Forrest

that's another great one you've done Forrest! I really like the grain of that butternut. I'm still amazed at how you're doing pieces that small. My ole' eyes don't want to cooperate and focus on the details without some extra help these days. Guess I'm gonna have to leave extra glasses on my carving bench!
