How do you price a scrollsaw product - portrait work?

Scroller from your post I would say you are new to scrolling. This comes with experience. To give you a basic idea you need to set a dollar value on your time, value of the material,value of the blades used, electricity, copying of the pattern, and finish used on the project. The more projects you do the faster you become. With portraits you can stack cut so you can save time there and the other incidentals. If you check some of these scrollers web sites you can see what they are charging. Once you put a price on something and it is not selling or is selling too fast you can adjust the price. Lot of time it comes down to trial and error and the more you do it the more familiar you will become with pricing. Good Luck!!!
