Default Yuk Yuk the offical critic.`

Yuk earned his prestegous position for being the last of a carving on a single peice of cotton wood bark. Two earler attempts on the same peice had failed and he is the result. So from now on I will keep him near by to put me in my place when I start to do dumb things. The one good thing about this critic is no one else will know just what he is critizising except me. He is not allowed in public. His size, he is 3"w , 4"L and about 3/4 "Thick. Full length of the project is 10". There was no thought given to Mr. Yuk. he is the result of being ticked off. Just cut and gouge. I had nothing to show for my effort so I just put him up for a chuckle.

I like Yuk, doesn't matter how many it took to get there or how the others turned out. Keep going and you will always come up with something of value to someone.

I wouldn't be ashamed to show Mr. Yuk off, I actually like him a lot. His eyes came out really cool. What size is he?
btw - my first Santa carving is well hidden from all public viewing .

Keep going - I like where your going with these.

I really like this one Wayne,

The face is really well done, I see an old man on Medicare refelecting on his youth, Flat-top hair cut from the birth of rock-n-roll and the beard from the 60's and 70's.

Hey Bill that is great, that is where I lack in imagination. But now that you pointed it out it is a perfect fit. I look in the mirror and the medicare part fits like a glove. You nailed it there.
