Default woodsculpting on DIY

I don't know if any one else here had a chance to watch Woodsculpting on DIY that have been airing the past three weeks.
I was very disappointed saturday night when the featured carver was on, I was waiting for the part when he carved the eyes on an indian face he was working on. The show went to a commercial and when it came back on the eyes were already done!!!
I was to say the least very ticked off!! The most important part and it was cut. Other than that there were a few parts that were of some help.
I still would have liked to seen how he did the eyes though.
hopefully next week there will be another carver that will be of interest.

What's even more frustrating is when you go to the DIY website to view the project and they show lots of pictures but don't provide a pattern. I guess DIY figures that everyone is a natural artist.... right!

Sounds like Hi-Ho's and XSailer's complaints out rank mine! In fact, I have the same problem. My basic cable doesn't provide DIY. But you would think that the DIY website fo those shows would provide patterns. Probably wouldn't do any good to write them. I'm sure that at least one of the guest carvers has brought this up.

DIY is the do-it-yourself network. The shows are usually craft related. For the past three saturday nights a show called Wuoodsculpting has been on. The web site is www.diynetwork.com . Lori Corbett will be featured on Aug 25 at 10pm eastern time. I hope there will be more details of her carving. Perhaps she could give us some insight as to how the show is taped.
