Thanks a bunch, was curious about how Hi-Ho had done and my buddy from Tulsa. Neither one of the won, but the one in Tulsa at got a mention anyhow. Thanks again.

I don't enter that contest any more and I doubt if I ever will again. Not because of not placeing in my area but because of the politics and dishonesty that even the woodcraft store in Md admitted to.

Rusty Johnson's carving was piece of art. Seen it up close an in person. Left most of it natural.

Politics are everywhere, even here on this board.
Can't say anything about the dishonesty at Woodcraft as I don't know and haven't seen any yet.
Anyway, my 2 Abe Lincoln's worth.
