Default Wood Spirit Practice Stick

This is the practice stick I used to develop the way I do wood spirits. The first picture shows the two faces done the traditional way (beginning with the curved surface of the dowel) on the top and the ones I started by carving a right angle into the dowel before beginning the faces are on the bottom. The other pictures show each face right side up. I'll bet you can tell which ones were done with each technique.
