#3 and #18 can be bought off this website (see back issues) as far as #1
and #9 go your best bet would be to keep an eye on EBay... |

Have you tried Jan Oegema in Bowmanville, he has some back issues of WCI I believe, also WCI has Issue #3 and #18 listed as available on their web site.
Here's Jan's info if you don't already have it, guess he was at the Brooklin show this past weekend.(G) http://www.janscarvingstudio.com

| | Re: Wood Carving Illistrated back issues I think that #3 should be listed as "sold out" at Fox Chapel, or it needs to be fixed so that you can order it. It's one of 3 that I need so I went over when I read the message here. (I bet you can guess what one of the other two that I need are!! )
BobD, any idea whether or not it's sold out?

It's Fox Chapel's fault. If they didn't do such a good job with the magazine they wouldn't sell out.LOL |

| | Re: Wood Carving Illistrated back issues Bob, would it be possible, since several issues of WCI are sold out to put only the articles in the issues put on the board in a printable foremat? I know #1 and 9 are scarce as chicken teeth. Keep up the good work.

| | Re: Wood Carving Illistrated back issues I think WCI should do a reprint, and for the sake of those keeping the original issues as collectors items....put in bold type on the front..2nd edition! that way collectors are protected, but also carvers that just want all the copies for the information can have them as well....this is just my opinion, but seems like common sense to me! That is of course assuming WCI likes to make money.....if not...welll then, just send me copies of all your books at no charge! ha ha
