Default I won't get caught up a creek without one

Hi all
i haven't been around for a while due to other commitments, but i have had some time to do a little carving?
here is a full size paddle i just finished,next i need a big log to hollow-out for a canoe.

That is one beautiful paddle. I've done a little paddle carving myself, mostly as souvenirs from a particular canoe trip, and this is a good one. Thank's for posting!

I really like your paddle also. It somehow reminded me of my canoe trip from Livingston, Mt, down the Yellowstone River to the Missouri River to the Mississippi River, where I took out at the Arches in St. Louis, Missouri, back in 2000. Enough rambling. I hope you get your log for your canoe. I sure would like to see your progress on it. Again, I really like your paddle.

the paddle is a full size paddle that can be used,I have a daughter who enjoys canoeing and I made it for her.
Whether she uses it canoing or as a decoration is up to her.
