Default Wizard Patterns

Looking for patterns of Wizards, Usually don't do these so was hoping for some help with a pattern for a wizard to be hung as a necklace (2-3 inches) Thanks!

I just went through a fast Google for that, and came up with nothing but dreck.

I would think if you were to take any wood-spirit face, then plop a pointy hat on him, that would suffice as a wizard. Don't forget to add a couple of shiney stars to his hat.

(edit)

Just had another thought, googled, and HERE is the link.

Since you said that the wizard you wanted to carve would be about 2 to 3 inches, I am assumeing that it is the whole wizard. I have carved several that size. It seems to me that a wizard needs to have the following: crooked pointy tall hat (with or without brim), Long straight white hair coming out from the hat and falling over shoulders and mingling with a long straight white beard. The beard will incorporate a long white mustash. The wizard should be kinda on the skinny side, and be wearing a robe. Either the tall hat or the robe should have some moons and stars painted on. That's how I do it. Tom H

Go to Google.

Type in the words: Merlin figurine

Click on Images at top, and select medium size images.

Depending on what type of pendant you have in mind, you'll have more to choose from than you can wave a wand at.

Pick one, print it, trace a pattern, and carve it.

I'm not sure what kind of pendant you wanted whether it be a caricature, jus the head or a full body of a wizard, but I think you'll find something.

Didn't Shawn Cipa just do a book about carving fantasy figures? I think there's a wizard in that book.
