Default West Falls Woodcarving

Hi folks, Has anyone on this board ever har a problem with West Falls Woodcarving?? I have and it makes me a little upset. I e-mailed them twice in the last three weeks and they don't even bother answering my question. These are the people that have an add in WCI all the time. I bought a ( Oar Sharpener) from them and then asked them a question about their product. I don't know if they are very good people to order a product from or not. It sure don't seem like it. I do know this though, if this is the way they are going to treat their customers ill never order another thing from them again.. Beware folks , They don't treat people very well at all. Dan..

I certainly understand your frustration with an unresponsive vendor. However, what's your question? Maybe someone in this group can answer it for you.

Dan,
I contacted West Falls Woodcarving and Barb said they have been out of town, but have been checking her e-mail. She asked you to e-mail here again and put 'Oar Sharpener' in the subject line. They have been getting a lot of spam lately, so their spam filter sometimes kicks out legitimate e-mails as well. She also said you could call them at 813-779-0784. Hope that helps
Bob D.
