Default Week long carving Workshops, Rockport, Maine

Just checking in with the carving community out there to see if anyone has attended the week long carving workshops that are hosted in Rockport, Maine (Canada) each fall. Chris Pye is the instructor so its not often that a carver of his calibre is handy to Canadian provinces. If you have taken any of his workshops elsewhere, that would also help me with my decisions to register. Here is the link to the site:

Appreciate your feedback as always.

I went for two weeks three years ago. Chris Pye teaches for three weeks, with the first week (usually) the basic relief carving class. He's had newbies in that class who carved well in a week. The other classes, such as letter carving and the open class are best for carvers with some experience, but we had carvers in the two-week open class without much experience. Chris is a great teacher, the school is well staffed and equipped, and the locale is perfect for a week or two. I recommend the school highly. Mike

Thank you Mike. This is the feedback I am looking for. If I go all that way, I would like to stay two weeks....however, I want to make sure the time (and expense) is well worth it.
