HELP!!!!!! My son has asked me to carve a wedding present for his best friend. The fellow is Greek and his bride is Italian. Does anyone know of any greek and roman symbols to represent marriage, similar to the celtic knots? I can't seem to find anything when I google it. Thanks.Head Bange

IF they are Greek Orthodox maybe you can use a symbol from the wedding ceremony itself.

Google, "Greek Wedding Crowns" or the word "STEFANA" Tradition in Greek weddings of two crowns connected with a ribbon, that are changed back and forth to and from groom and bride, by the best man....Might make a nice relief carving...Tom H
