Amazing. How can they work with that soft rind and pulp. Thanks for sharing.

Very talented but seems like a waste of perfectly good watermelon to me! I'd rather eat them!

I have seen some of the chef shows with beautiful fruit and veggie carvings. If they could carve wood that way it would be a sight to see.

Carving food is a whole diffrent area.It is still carving with a different texture but does not have a shelf life.It does not matter to me, if it is carving I want to see it.

For some strange reason this kind of carving amazes me. The folks who carve those mellons like that surely must cator to the very, very rich... so I guess that I'll never see them!

Personally, I've done some pretty fancy sand carving when on the beach myself and I can always expect to see some good sand sculpture when I visit Myrtle Beach each summer. Then of course there is ice carving...

I couldnt do it! I was always told not to play with my food! Even if I did try I'd get hungry half way through and there'd go my carving! Makes me hungry just thinking about it! Amazing carvings though, wish I could do as good in wood!

Saw them before, but yes, some amazing work there.

Now pardon me while I wipe the drool off my monitor.
