Default Watch those fingers!

The other day, I was trying to finish a little carving, but was getting very distracted by going-ons in the house.
In my rush, I forgot to put my glove back on, but figured, "all I need is two more minutes and I'll be completely done!" Of course, within the next few seconds my blade slipped and I cut myself pretty good.

The moral of the story? It just takes one time! Always wear protection! (See that? The teachers in Health Ed. WERE telling us the truth!)

I did the same thing yesterday and thought I would just fix a little something on the cane I am working on, I didn't have time to do much as I was waiting on the family to come out so we could head to the city. I carved for about 1 1/2 mins and cut myself pretty good. I will , from now on, be wearing gloves no matter how little I will be carving.

Yep! been there way to many times. Just one cut to clean the carving up.

Jillsy,Health Ed???? Must of been after I left high school.
In my High School, nothing was healthy and that included the lunches.More kids went home with a belly ache ofter lunch. Well, that was the excuse I made.
