Hori-mo no wa kekko desu! The Japanese have infinite patience. Those pencils are to carving as paper is to origami. Perhaps the reason they haven't responded to your request is that it appears by the idiomatic translation errors that they speak about as much English as I speak Japanese. Do you know any anyone who is fluent in Japanese that could email them. They might be more prone to respond in their own language. I have had similar experiences where I know I should have garnered a response but none came.
