Default Toothpick Holder Ideas

My bother-in-law, always has a toothpick in his mouth, so for his birthday I was going to carve him a toothpick holder. I'm looking for ideas on what to carve. I am a beginner so I'm looking for something simple. Does anyone have any ideas or can you post pictures of the ones you have done.
Thanks
Mark

Here's some pics of an old (very old) match holder I have, that may be used for toothpicks.

I've never actually done one before but I think a frog looking up with its big mouth open would look pretty cool.

Here's a crappy thing to do to a good peice of cottonwood bark. I posted it on Gilly's thread but thought it would fit here also.

Try Ol' Don Burgdorf if you want some other ideas.
