| | What tool do I need... Hey everyone,
I would like to make a small rhombus shaped hole in a piece of wood I have, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to do it. I would like the shape to be no more than a quarter of an inch long.
I tried drilling a hole through the wood, and then using a dremel bit to work it out from there, but that didn't work too well. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to make this work? Thanks.

The best tool would probably be a skew #1 double bevel chisel. With a fairly shallow bevel.
Another nice tool would be an offest single bevel grounding tool to clean out the bottom and corners |

| | Re: What tool do I need... I tried the exacto knife since that is the only thing I have at my parents house, and it worked very well. I didn't remember that they were so sharp! Thanks everyone! I will be sure to post pictures of what I'm working on when I get back to school.
