Default Tool Cabinet ( cont )

I am really looking forward to coming up with a cabinet that just about every one can build. The first cabinet I will work on will be suited more for gouges, knives, and stones. I do have a few more questions for all of you.

Do you have acess to power tools such as table saw, router, or biscut joiner?

Do you have any bar clamps or have any way of clamping larger projects?

Would you prefer to build a cabinet using of the rack materials where you would not need to use alot of power tools? Maybe just a few basic tools that you may aready have drill, handsaw etc.

What would be a comfortable budget for you to spend on this cabinet? Under $100 or maybe $200 This helps me determine what materials and hardware to use.

Again any input is welcome.

I was holding off on this one to let everyone else weigh in on it, but enough time has elapsed for that to occur. I would target at less than $100 and count on interested parties having some type of power equipment. I'm guessing that most people without power equipment won't try to make it anyway, even though I had many years of carpentry before I got any power tools. Thanks for your efforts on this. We look forward to seeing what you come up with...
