Default :The THREE BEARS:

I had bought two cypress knees a few months back, the man I bought them from use to live in Fla,he told me,I brought them with me when we moved up here, how long ago was that I asked him?? About 25-30 yrs he replied.

Course I didnt know too, nice shiney ones you can buy have been boiled for 3 hrs which the bark bout melts off the knee and the wood is softer.
Yall saw my Hillbilly homeplace Id carved in one earlier Id posted here but this 28 inch one was my other knee Id carved first.

Its a mother bear coming out of thier den in the spring with her two cubs, the problem is BooBOO the boy cub is bigger than Alice and is always picking on her! Thus as the sign I inbeded in the front states,

MaMa Boo Boo Pinched Me! And the old mother bear with the dumb founded look of her face says it all, A long summer with theses two!

Your thoughts or comments are always welcome.

Thks' Forrest

Great job Forrest, She looks like she has had it, and is ready to turn around and go right back to sleep. You can tell those cubs aren't going to let her though, they are ready for some play time. They are probably hungry too.

I like it. Tom
