Thank you for the long needed inspiration!! Your sock monkey was just what I needed to get that carving urge going again. Thank you for the OK to carve one. Here is the result..he's a bit bigger than yours , this guy is 4 inches tall.

Thank you for the compliments folks! I hope I did Tnartist justice. I like these kind of projects and it sure was a shot in the arm that I needed. Wouldnt it be fun to be able to go to his 'shop' and just hang over his shoulder to watch him create? Forrest, along with many others here in WCI who come to share pictures of their creations, My deepest gratitude to you all.
