Thank you for the long needed inspiration!! Your sock monkey was just what I needed to get that carving urge going again. Thank you for the OK to carve one. Here is the result..he's a bit bigger than yours , this guy is 4 inches tall.

Thank you for the compliments folks! I hope I did Tnartist justice. I like these kind of projects and it sure was a shot in the arm that I needed. Wouldnt it be fun to be able to go to his 'shop' and just hang over his shoulder to watch him create?
