Default Teri Embrey - Your creative process

Teri,

I have looked through your gallery a couple times and am impressed with your imagination and your carvings.

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about the creativity process and I'm curious about the techniques you use to develop new ideas and the various details that go into those ideas to create a unique carving.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts,
Mike

Wow, thanks for your nice words about my work, Mike.

As to your question, I wrote an article last year that was originally published by that "other" carving magazine on developing creativity, and I still have the original manuscript for it on my computer. If you'll send me your private email address, I'll forward a copy of it to you - doesn't look as fancy as in the magazine, but it says the same thing.

Teri
