Smile spoon patterns

seen comments on the site for spoon patterns, that is what seems to be my tickle right now, can someone point me in the direction of some free spoon patterns for a beginner?....I ordered the hook knife from Lee Valley, several people said you could bend a knife, but figured for 15.00 that isn't bad....any guideance is appreciated...Dennis

Default Re: spoon patterns

Our own Susan Irish has some on her website:
www.CarvingPatterns.com

If you're near a decent library, you may find Shirley Adler's love spoon books, and they're full of patterns. Mike Davies has an entire site devoted to love spoons: www.mikedavieswelshlovespoons.com
Good luck and enjoy. They make great gifts. Mike
