feeling a bit silly asking this but what side of the blade is sharpened on a rt handed spoon knife. just making sure i get what I expect. Thanks gents.

Hold the knife vertically, with the blade end pointing down and the blade curving to the left. The edge that's facing you will be sharp. It's designed for you to pull towards you as you carve.
